Today, I’m taking you back in time to visit the 3 reels that COMPLETELY shifted the trajectory of my business.
If you’ve ever felt embarrassed, awkward, or straight-up cringey when you first start posting on Instagram… Yep, SAME.
I didn’t even tell my friends or family about my account until I hit 500 followers!
But once I pushed past the fear, things started happening. I’m talking BIG things.
Reels truly changed everything for me. They can absolutely change everything for you, too!
In today's episode, I'm diving into the 3 reels that totally changed the trajectory of my private practice.
The first reel that changed things wasn’t viral, strategic, or fancy. It was literally me snapping along to a random audio in my desk chair!
I had zero video skills, and honestly, no clue what I was doing.
But it opened the door and proved I COULD show up on Instagram (even when it’s super uncomfortable)!
Then there was the reel that went VIRAL - I’m talking over 800k views!
It didn’t land clients immediately, but it gave me momentum, visibility, and credibility.
This reel gave me confirmation that Instagram WAS working. I just needed to stay consistent and keep showing up!
The real turning point for me? My reel that brought in more than 30 client inquiries!
This one wasn’t my most viral piece of content, but it was the one that changed the game for me. It impacted my income, my private-practice structure, AND my confidence as a business owner.
Looking back, only one reel had a direct financial outcome. But all three of them changed my life!
That willingness to show up was the foundation that helped me earn $250k my first year on Instagram, and launch coaching offers. It eventually led me to create the Reels Membership!
