Ever wonder WHY an Instagram reel goes viral?!
I thought it would be fun to break down MY top 5 viral reels across both of my Instagram pages, @sitwithkelly and @businessoftherapy.
These are the reels that racked up the biggest view counts, but we’re not JUST talking about numbers here.
I want to share what worked well and what I’d do differently (because, yes, I learned something from all of them).

In today's episode, I'm giving you a debrief of my top 5 viral reels.
My most viral reel from @sitwithkelly brought in 12.2 million views and 16,000 new followers (yep, for REAL)!
This was actually a pretty simple reel. It wasn't even in my original content plan for the day I shared it!
Some of these other reels took a bit more time to film and edit (like my 2nd most viral reel, where I played two different roles).
Others were filmed in the moment with zero overthinking and super short captions.
The biggest takeaways from all of my viral reels?
Specific, relatable content ALWAYS lands.
A simple CTA can make a huge difference. Showing your face is always a good idea because people want to see AND get to know you!
Even the fun, lighthearted reels serve a purpose. Shareable content keeps your audience engaged AND growing (which I know you want)!
