I went back and forth several times on whether I should record this episode.

I outlined the whole thing, and then every time when I went to record it, I talked myself out of it. I told myself that you weren’t going to like this episode, and I should probably just talk about something else.

You may be thinking ‘well WHY wouldn’t I like this episode Kelly?!’

Because…it’s not the answer you want to hear. It’s not sexy or flashy, and it’s no ‘secret’ either.

That’s okay though, because my job is to help you grow your private practice, your Instagram, and your business.

And sometimes, that means I'm going to have to tell you the stuff you do NOT want to hear.

I hope you stick around for this whole episode. I know what I’m sharing today is going to have a drastic impact on your business, your income, and the impact you’re desiring to make!

In today’s episode, I’m talking about the number one driver of results in my business. If I had to sum it up in one word, the number one driver of all my results in my business has been CONSISTENCY.

Consistency has allowed me to earn $250k my first year in private practice. Consistency has allowed me to scale to multiple $100k months.

It has allowed me to see major growth with both Private Practice Academy Bundle (over 550 therapists) and my Reels Membership (over 750 active members).

Consistency probably doesn’t mean (or even look) the same for everyone. I do believe that it’s crucial if you want to continue growing your private practice though! Consistency allows you to build trust and deepen relationships with your community, and get realllly good at one particular thing.

I’ve been consistent with how I show up on Instagram, as well as in other places like my email list and the podcast. My messaging is authentic, and so are my offers. I’ve put in the work over the years, and people know what they are getting when they come to my Instagram page!

Getting really good at one thing (like Instagram) is more important than trying to show up in allll the places. No, you can’t do everything in every season, and you shouldn’t feel like you need to.

At the end of the day, showing up consistently on Instagram NEEDS to be a priority. This is the way you’re going to succeed in your business, and make more of a lasting impact with your ideal client!

If you're struggling to keep up with everything and like you need to ‘do it all’, you need to eliminate a thing (or two). A simple task that can be taken off your plate is Instagram Reels.

When you join Reels Membership, I’ll provide you with awesome ideas on what to post, examples, trending audio, and more. Yep...this will help you show up more consistently on Instagram AND connect more authentically with your people!

If you can’t tell by now, consistency really, REALLY matters. It’s going to greatly impact your results on Instagram, your revenue, and just how good your business feels!

In this episode, The #1 Driver of Results in My Business, I cover:

  • What consistency looks like for me in MY business

  • Reasons why consistency is so important in business

  • Why showing up on Instagram consistently needs to be your priority + ways to do this

  • Why you need to get really good at one thing before adding MORE to your plate
