If you want to grow your private practice, what is the real goal of your marketing? Getting MORE therapy intro calls on your calendar!

Let’s be real - this is where EVERYTHING starts.

But maybe you’ve been ghosted after an inquiry. Or maybe you’ve found yourself in an endless email back-and-forth trying to book a call.

Yep, this totally happens, but it doesn’t have to stay that way!

In today's episode, I'm talking about how to get more therapy intro calls on your calendar.

Here's the thing - you want to make it as easy as possible for your dream clients to take that first step, and actually book with you!

Having an intro call scheduler is a game-changer. It removes that "I'll do it later" barrier and allows clients to book when they're ready for help. They are READY to take action!

You need to make your scheduling link SUPER simple. Keep your intro calls to 15 minutes, have flexible times, and minimal questions.

The easier it is, the more likely people are to follow through (and turn into clients)!

Your scheduling link shouldn't be hard to find - it should be EVERYWHERE.

Make sure it's in your Instagram bio and website. You can use it as your CTA on your Psychology Today profile and at the end of your social media posts.

Don't be afraid to share on your Instagram stories a few times each week (one of my favorite things to do)!

My favorite intro call scheduler is Jane - clean, simple, and user-friendly. If you want to try Jane for free, you can use my code KELLY2MONTH for two months free!

I know this may seem like a small detail, but trust me - having a solid, streamlined intro call system is VITAL.

I'm cheering you on for alllll those new clients coming your way soon - you've got this!!

In this episode, How to Get More Therapy Intro Calls on Your Calendar, I cover:

  • Why an intro call scheduler is a game-changer for booking new clients

  • Where to share your scheduling link so new clients can find & book with you

  • The best + simplest intro call schedulers
