The Reels Membership

  • When did you initially purchase the Reels Membership? If it was on or after 2/19/2024, you will follow the Thrivecart instructions. If it was before 2/19/2024, you will follow the Teachable instructions.

    Thrivecart instructions (purchases ON or AFTER 2/19/2024):

    1. Using this link, type in the email you used to sign up for the product.

    2. You’ll receive a link in your email to sign into your Thrivecart account.

    3. Click through the buttons to cancel or edit your membership / payment options.

    Teachable instructions (purchases BEFORE 2/19/2024):

    1. Sign into Teachable using this link.

    2. Click your user profile in the top right corner.

    3. Here you’ll see a drop down menu, where you’ll click the manage subscription tag and be able to cancel your membership.

    It doesn’t matter when you cancel your membership, you will be unenrolled on your last paid day.

  • Ah, shoot! We hate when this happens! A few questions the support team might ask you are:

    1. Have you checked your spam/junk/promotional folders?

    2. Did you recently unsubscribe from ALL of Kelly’s emails instead of just the marketing ones?

    Reach out to our support team using this form so we can best assist you! In the mean time, you can log into your teachable account and find previous Reels emails saved to your Reels Membership course!

  • We’ve heard from other members that you’d love to have a space to look back at past emails, so we’ve started storing them in the Reels Membership course on Teachable!

  • So frustrating! There’s 2 main reasons this happens:

    1. Your IG account is a business account instead of a creator account. Creator accounts have more creative liberties with audios that the business accounts don’t have. We’d recommend switching to a creator account on IG! Make sure you save your drafts to your phone before switching so you don’t lose them!

    2. Sometimes audios get taken down for various reasons. If this is the case, try to find a trending audio (one with an upward arrow) to use!

  • Instagram is soo glitchy sometimes which makes it so hard! Although my team and I are not IG support, we do recommend saving the reel you created to your camera roll so if it glitches, you don’t have to repeat that part. Continue trying to add text after restarting the app.

  • You have lifetime access to PPA! You’ll also receive an email each time we add new modules to it.

VIP PPA Membership

  • To cancel your VIP subscription, please open Circle and go to Account Settings, then Billing. There you can manage, including cancel, your subscription. See the instructions here if you need further clarification!

  • All the coworking and coaching calls are hosted on Tuesdays at 12pm EST.
