Instagram analytics can feel like an entirely different language. They’re even MORE confusing if you’re new to Instagram and marketing!

I get how overwhelming it feels to look at your professional dashboard and see a wall of numbers staring back at you.

The good news, though? Those numbers aren’t here to intimidate you. They’re here to give you clarity!

When you understand your analytics, you stop spiraling every time a post “flops.” You start making decisions based on what’s actually working to bring dream clients into your practice!

In today's episode, I'm breaking down the Instagram analytics therapists need to pay attention to.

Reach, engagement, profile visits, website clicks, and follower trends are core Instagram metrics. These aren't vanity metrics, they're signposts.

Reach shows how many unique people are seeing your content. Engagement reveals how many people are interacting with your posts.

Profile visits show REAL interest in your work. Website clicks mark the moment someone starts moving toward therapy with you (yep, super important metric here)!

Follower trends help you keep a pulse on how your audience is growing, without tying your worth to the number.

The real magic of understanding these metrics? You start to notice patterns!

You see which topics drive saves and shares. You see which posts get people visiting your profile, and which stories get people clicking your link.

That means you can do MORE of what works, without reinventing the wheel or burning yourself out.

The pressure fades, because you realize your job isn't to be "good at Instagram." Your job is to move the right people closer to working with you!

Remember, your Instagram analytics are here to make things easier. Let them guide you so you can work smarter (not harder) and stay consistent.

You absolutely CAN build a full caseload with clients who are genuinely excited to work with you. Let's make that happen!!

In this episode, Instagram Analytics Therapists Need to Pay Attention To, I cover:

  • Core Instagram metrics therapists need to pay attention to

  • Benchmarks to aim for with each metric

  • How to use your insights to spot patterns & create more content that converts
