Okay, it's time to call it out.

The 200-view jail is REAL.

You *finally* post that Instagram reel you overthought for way too long…and it gets 243 views. Again.

Cue the spiral: "Is Instagram hiding my content?" or "Does my content just suck?!"

Here's the truth, though: getting low views doesn't automatically mean your content is bad.

In fact, most creators (yes, even the ones you look up to) only average 8-10% of their follower count in views. If you've got 1,000 followers, 80-100 views per reel is actually NORMAL!

But if your goal is growth and client conversion, there are some key things that might be holding you back.

In today's episode, I'm sharing why your reels aren't working and how to fix them.

If your hooks are super vague, or you're only posting once every other week while trying to make everything perfect, that's a problem.

The Instagram algorithm needs to understand you really well so it knows WHO to show your content to.

Reels are about connection, NOT perfection. Get specific, and talk like a real human!

Your ideal client isn't going to understand your textbook psychoeducation (no matter how much you know and can help them).

Lean into what they're saying, asking, and feeling. Reels that sound like conversations are the ones that convert!

If you want out of a 200-view jail, try some "real person" hooks that come from your own lens or clinical experience.

Focus on niching down hard for at least 30 days. Give yourself permission to be a little bit messy, and really speak to your audience!

If you're ready to go from guessing to growing on Instagram, that's exactly what the Reels Membership can help you with.

Think reels examples, trending audio, fill-in-the-blank scripts, and more each week from therapists like you!

You don't have to stay stuck in 200-view jail. Your content isn't bad, it just needs a shift.

Your future clients are out there. It's time to start reaching MORE of them!!

In this episode, Stuck in 200-View Jail? Why Your Reels Aren’t Working (And How to Fix Them), I cover:

  • What’s *actually* normal when it comes to reel views

  • Common reasons you’re stuck in 200-view jail

  • How to break out and start seeing real results
