You work SO hard to get someone to schedule an intro call.
You’re consistently showing up on Instagram. You’re networking, you’re perfecting your Psychology Today profile, and more.
You name it, and you’re DOING it to turn that *potential* client into an *actual* client!
But…maybe you’re not feeling certain about your current process.
If what you’ve been doing isn’t converting people from your intro calls into private pay therapy clients, this episode is for YOU!
In today’s episode, I’m sharing the nitty gritty on intro calls.
Think of the intro call as more of a sales call. This is your opportunity to confirm that this person is your ideal client, and someone you would enjoy working with!
After listening very carefully to what they’re looking for in a therapist, you need to help them see why YOU are the best therapist for them. Confidence is key here!
One of THE most important things you can do is set up your intro call scheduler. Potential clients should be able to easily self-schedule with you. They shouldn’t have to go hunting to find out how to contact you!
This really takes the guesswork out for someone actively looking for a therapist. The process will be sooo much smoother and simpler for everyone. Don’t skip this step!!
I want you to understand what the *actual* intro call should look like with a potential client, too.
Make sure you’re asking questions that will help you clarify WHY this person is seeking therapy. Not everyone will be the right fit for you, and that’s okay!
Whether you decide to move forward in working together or not, transparency and communication will be MUCH appreciated.
Will every single person who schedules an intro call with you become a client?
No, of course not!
But…if you follow this intro call framework and get your intro call scheduler set up, you’re going to get so many MORE clients!
Pay attention to what’s working, and what isn’t working with your intro calls.
It is SO worth it to gain confidence with your intro calls, so you start turning more prospective clients into PAYING clients. You've got this!!
