I’m very excited to welcome Carrie Jackson onto the podcast today!
Carrie Jackson is a Psychologist and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy therapist who runs a successful group practice in California. She specializes in working with children, teens, and young adults with anxiety and ADHD. She loves working with both parents and children to get the tools they need, so they can be happier as a family.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Carrie for seven months now, and I’m sooo proud of what she’s accomplished in that time!
Carrie has already seen major success with not only one, but TWO Instagram pages. She’s grown her main account to well over 45k followers, primarily using Instagram Reels to reach more people. She has a full caseload with dream clients (plus more ready to work with her).
She’s also brought on two associates to her practice, and now charges $375 per 1-1 session!
Carrie is killin’ it with her private practice, and she LOVES what she does as a therapist. But..she knew she needed more support in the right places, so her business would be sustainable.
In today’s episode, we’re chatting about using Reels to grow multiple income streams. Reels are the best way to reach MORE of your ideal client on Instagram. Carrie has experienced awesome growth using Reels to grow her accounts, because she’s gotten super specific on who she speaks to in her content!
Creating Reels used to take Carrie way too long when she was doing them on her own. Since using reel prompts from my Reels Membership, making Reels no longer feels hard or time-consuming. She’s attracting new followers and connecting with her community, because she’s very niched in her messaging!
Now, she incorporates her associates into more of her Reels. This has allowed her to refer more people from her waitlist, help her associates fill their caseloads, and reduce the stress of trying to work with a ton of clients every week!
Along with a thriving private practice, Carrie has obtained brand partnerships, and created two amazing group programs. She’s learned the power of outsourcing where she needs to, and uses tools like Manychat to help automate her Instagram comments.
Carrie has been able to grow multiple income streams using Reels. She’s gone from working 20-25 hours every week, to 10-15 doing work she’s EXCITED about.
