If you’ve ever had a launch not go the way you planned, this episode is for you.

Today I’m taking you behind the scenes of what I initially called my “flopped” launch (and how I turned it around)!

Created in 2021, the Private Practice Academy Bundle (PPA) is my signature program. It’s helped 900+ therapists start and scale their private practices, which is pretty incredible!

I typically put it on sale a few times a year. These flash sales bring in around 30 enrollments at $997 (it’s normally priced at $1497).

This time, though? I set a lofty goal of 50. After the initial 3-day flash, I had 21.

Unfortunately, that was only 42% of my goal, and nowhere near where I wanted to be.

Instead of spiraling, I looked at the data. I want to share allll the nitty-gritty details with you here!

In today's episode, I'm diving into a BTS of how I turned around my FLOPPED launch.

While PPA is a solid, self-paced course already, I included several awesome bonuses during this flash sale. We’re talking 3 months of VIP coaching with me, and access to Reels Membership.

I even included a bonus 1:1 Instagram audit for the first 35 people who signed up!

But after seeing only 21 people sign up, I needed to dig deeper.

What I found? 903 sales page views, and a 2.33% conversion (when my launches usually convert at 3-5%).

My story views were way low, and so was traffic. The sales page was also loading slowly (thankfully, a current PPA member let me know).

Yep, the numbers told a story, but it wasn’t “this offer is bad.” It was “something needs adjusting.”

So? I adjusted!

I reopened the doors for 24 hours. I shortened the sales page, wrote 4 more emails, and invited people into my DMs.

I showed up with honesty and as the HUMAN that I am!

The 1-day extension alone brought in 13 more enrollments and ended with $35,450 in revenue.

Not my original goal of 50, but still powerful. Still a WIN!

The biggest lesson here? This wasn’t just about the launch - it was the 90 days before.

I was on maternity leave for 4 months, and wasn’t connecting with my community as much. I dug into my data and fixed what I could.

Ultimately, flopping in business isn’t failure. It’s feedback, and part of the game when you’re building a 6-figure+ business!
