Reaching six figures in private practice is a goal that’s on sooo many therapists’ minds.
I know it might sound like a dream, but it’s WAY more doable than you think!

First off - let’s talk about the numbers. You’ve got to know exactly HOW many clients per week you need to see, based on your rate.
This is where charging MORE will help you work less while growing faster!
I know it can feel a little scary to charge a higher rate, but it’s totally worth it. Yep, you CAN charge $150-250/session!
As far as the #1 needle-mover here? Defining your niche!
If your marketing doesn’t reflect how your clients talk about their problems, they’re going to keep scrolling.
But when you freaking NAIL your messaging? You become the go-to therapist they’re searching for.
They’ll gladly pay an out-of-network therapist who is the best of the best, so make sure you’re conveying that!
Of course, your Instagram presence plays a MAJOR role in all of this.
You want to have an optimized bio, consistent + engaging posts, AND clear calls to action. All of this becomes powerful and is KEY to filling your caseload!
But don’t get distracted by freebies and all of the #shinyobjects along the way. Focus on locking in your dream clients first and THEN pursue other things.
