I’m excited to welcome Nadia Fiorita onto the podcast today!

Nadia Fiorita is a Miami-based licensed therapist with a modern and authentic approach. She specializes in working with busy women and adolescent girls who struggle with high-functioning anxiety + are looking to gain control over feelings of anxiousness, self-doubt + perfectionism. She works with her clients to build a more optimistic mindset + develop lasting confidence. She is passionate about helping women because she has her own personal journey, so she really gets it!

Nadia and I connected in spring 2022 when she joined Reels Membership, and then PPA shortly after. She was ready to lean more into Instagram and connect with her ideal client there, but she needed more direction and clarity on how to do so.

After working together for a few months, she went from 3k followers on Instagram, to over 100k. Fast forward to now - she has a full private pay caseload, 336k followers on Instagram, and has had multiple Reels go mega viral. Talk about some INCREDIBLE growth in two years’ time!!

In today’s episode, we’re chatting about Nadia’s Reels strategy as a therapist, and how she’s reached 336k followers in two years. Nadia has built a MASSIVE following on Instagram, and has done so by primarily using Reels.

This first MEGA viral Reel brought up allll the emotions for Nadia - shock, excitement, overwhelm, and everything in between. She had a much larger audience now, so she was feeling more pressure to show up as the ‘expert’ in every way. Of course...imposter syndrome crept in, too.

Nadia didn’t let these emotions stop her from showing up on Instagram. She continued creating content that was clear + spoke directly to her ideal client. Her messaging was landing well, because she was helping her audience feel seen, heard, and understood!

Nadia stayed consistent with her posting strategy, and she focused on quality over quantity with her content. All of this led to her having more and more Reels go viral. She even added over 20k subscribers to her email list. Seriously amazing, right?!

Repurposing content has been a key component in Nadia’s Instagram strategy. She enjoys mixing up her content with both Reels + carousel posts, and loves having flexibility in her plan.

Nadia has learned that taking action (even when it feels scary) can lead to powerful results. She KNOWS how to create valuable content for her community. She’s passionate about helping more people overcome the things that are holding them back, because she’s been there, too.

There really is sooo much opportunity available with Instagram today. Nadia’s story will show you what’s possible when you’re committed + TRULY ready to grow as a therapist!
