I’m pretty pumped to say...I just celebrated my third $100k month in September.

When I left my job in nonprofit management, I had just gotten a raise to a $100k/year salary. Now, I know I’m capable of earning my previous salary in ONE month, which feels freaking incredible!!

I’m super proud of this accomplishment, because let me tell you…September was anything but easy. The month started off well, but it quickly went chaotic.

I had a full-time team member leave without any notice. We had challenges arise due to shifting roles within the team (due to said team member leaving). I had tech issues happen during a launch (of all times).

Despite these frustrating issues, we made it happen!

I received some awesome questions from my Instagram community about HOW I did this, so I’m excited to break it allll down here!

In today’s episode, I’m sharing about the good, the bad, & the messy of my third $100k month.

First off, I wanted to talk about where my revenue came from. Well…it came from a variety of sources!

In this season of my business, I still see 1-1 therapy clients, though that has decreased dramatically. During September, I was doing a launch for my signature program, Private Practice Academy Bundle (PPA). That brought in over $45k, along with my Reels Membership that brought in just over $10k.

I also have various brand partnerships, a VIP upgrade option for PPA, and business coaching.

A question I’m often asked is how I’ve been able to nurture my audience and really build trust over time.

I personally LOVE talking to my audience. Whether it’s on Instagram reels or stories, talking on the podcast, or writing an email to my list, people are hearing from me frequently. They can count on me, because I’m consistent with who I am.

I’m also passionate about fully showing up for my current clients. When therapists have a positive experience working with me, this leads to more referrals, which is ALWAYS a win!

I’m also diving into questions like the biggest mindset shift that’s helped me get to multiple $100k months, and if I feel ‘pressured’ to keep making more money.

It may look like I’m able to ‘do it all’, but...I definitely don’t.

I have a ton of support with both my business + my home. I have an amazing team who helps me 60-70 hours/week - there’s no way I could do everything I do without their help!

Business can be stressful and unpredictable. It’s never all ‘sunshines and rainbows’, and you’ve GOT to be able to adapt along the way.

I hope that this episode gives you much more context than what you’d see in my income report Reels. I’m a very transparent person, and I really want to share the full picture with you. Believe me - there’s plenty of good, bad & MESSY that comes with building a big business like this!

When you face hurdles in business, I want to encourage you to find a way to work through it. Keep chasing after your goals and get support where you need it. When you do, your success WILL be inevitable!!

In this episode, The Good, The Bad, & The Messy of my Third $100,000 Month, I cover:

  • A breakdown of where my revenue came from

  • How I’ve been able to nurture my audience & really build trust with them

  • My biggest mindset shift over the last year that led to multiple $100k months

  • Feeling ambitious + challenged vs. ‘pressured’ to keep making more money

  • Why I don’t ‘do it all’ + what my support looks like

  • How much profit I actually take home + breakdown of my expenses
