Instagram has been the place where I’ve shown up consistently, built genuine connections, and ultimately, grown my business.
I’m often asked if you need to have an Instagram presence in order to be successful as a therapist. The truth is...of course you don’t! There are plenty of ways to market yourself as a therapist in private practice. But for me...Instagram has allowed me to scale my business in ways I never thought possible.
From finding clients who were more than ready to work with me, to creating courses, memberships, and even acquiring brand deals - it’s been nothing short of amaaazing!
I’ve started and grown not only one, but TWO Instagram accounts that grew to 10k followers in under one year. I’ve filled my caseload with private pay clients from Instagram, which led me to earning 250k as a private practice therapist in my very first year.
Now, I teach other therapists how to market themselves on Instagram, and see mind-blowing success too! Yep...Instagram is kinda my thing, and I love how life-changing this platform can be.
I also know there is a lot of ‘noise’ in the online space these days. Sometimes it feels a little spammy. I want to assure you that you can trust me with what I’m sharing here. I’m never going to try and teach you something I know nothing about, or haven’t experienced myself.
In today’s episode, I’m sharing why I chose Instagram to market my private practice. Just a few years ago, I was feeling pretty restless and drained in my career. I had a deep desire to build a business that lit me up, and allowed me to connect with people who needed my help. I was ready for a change, and I KNEW I was meant for more!
I’ve learned some valuable lessons from using Instagram as my main marketing platform. I’m diving into 5 ways you can use Instagram to grow your private practice, and totally maximize your results while still enjoying yourself!
I hope this episode leaves you with renewed excitement for Instagram, and belief that you CAN do this. I know how scary it can be to put yourself out there. My best advice for you? Stop waiting, and start doing the thing that scares you.
Yes...the success waiting for you on the other side will be magical. You’ve GOT THIS, and I’m cheering you on!
