I’m excited to welcome Caitlin Silverstein to the podcast!
Caitlin Silverstein is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York, specializing in women’s mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and pregnancy loss. With advanced certifications in perinatal mental health, trauma, and perinatal excellence, she blends CBT, EMDR, and client-centered care to support moms through anxiety, grief, and identity shifts in motherhood.
Caitlin’s mission is to create a safe, supportive space where women feel understood and empowered to heal and rediscover themselves after motherhood and grief.
Caitlin went from earning $45/session with an insurance-based group practice to now charging up to $250/session!
She’s created a thriving 6-figure practice while only seeing 15-18 clients every week.
The best part? She didn’t blow up her caseload or completely burn out to do so!
In today’s episode, we’re diving into how she rebuilt her caseload and confidence by going private pay.
Caitlin opens up about the early chaos of doing everything at once. She was working long hospital shifts, maintaining a group practice caseload, and slowly experimenting with private practice on the side.
After having her daughter, she craved more sustainability. She KNEW she needed a practice that actually supported her life!
For a long time, Caitlin was operating without a clear framework for her business. This made everything feel heavy and disorganized.
Once she joined the Reels Membership and PPA, all of that shifted!
Having solid systems, streamlined processes, and support around her marketing and intro calls became truly transformational. She was able to run her business with confidence, instead of guesswork!
Caitlin also shares her journey of transitioning off insurance panels and clearly communicating this change to her clients.
While this kind of thing is never easy to do, your clients DO value you and your expertise!
Caitlin has gone “all in” with intentional marketing. The result? She’s got consistent referrals, aligned clients, and a better work-life balance!
If you’re craving more stability, clarity, and permission to run your practice like the business it REALLY is, you’re going to love this conversation!
