I'm SO excited for you to hear from Jen Nobo in today’s episode!

Jen Nobo is a millennial therapist, based in the Midwest. She primarily works with Gen Z and millennial women who struggle with anxiousness and people-pleasing tendencies. Jen uses a modern approach when working with her clients. She prides herself on being a friend who is objective, while also holding you accountable as you work through the ‘uncomfy’ stuff.

Jen and I started working together in early 2023, when she joined my mastermind. At that time, she had an Instagram page with a few thousand followers. The thing was..she wasn’t talking about her therapy practice much at all. We focused on her niching down so she could position herself as an authority in her space, and grow her private practice.

Since then, Jen has grown to over 30k followers on Instagram. She’s also increased her rate (no more ‘negotiated rates’ like she was doing previously), and quadrupled her income. And yeah…she’s done all of this in less than two years, which is freaking AMAZING!!

In today’s episode, we’re chatting about how Jen has grown to $10k months as a therapist in the Midwest. Initially, Jen was nervous to ‘niche down’ and speak to her ideal client. The scarcity mindset was affecting her, and she thought the only way to help people was to offer super affordable rates.

Now, Jen gets over ⅓ of her clients from Instagram, and she charges $150 per session!

She’s also had not only one, but TWO reels go viral. Jen isn’t afraid to create content that may be controversial, and yeah...a little spicy too!

Jen has done an amazing job of staying true to who she is. Not only has she stayed consistent with showing up online, but she does so boldly and authentically too!

Jen is totally a ‘hype girl’ for other therapists, and I am sooo PROUD of the success she’s experienced. Whether you’re a therapist in the Midwest looking to grow your private practice, or you just need some real talk and inspiration today, this episode is for YOU!
