I’m excited to welcome Christina Ennabe onto the podcast today!

Christina Ennabe is a New Hampshire-based therapist who specializes in OCD and anxiety. She helps those who are type A perfectionists overcome self-doubt and build trust. Christina understands the struggles that her high-achiever clients experience, because she’s lived them herself. Not only is she a coach or therapist to her clients, but she’s an ally for them as they move toward self-discovery and empowerment!

Christina and I began working together earlier this year. She was seeing some growth with her private practice, but was feeling ‘stuck’ on how to get to the next level. Christina was tired of clients simply ‘coming and going’, like a revolving door. She was ready for a full caseload, and to be in control of getting clients on HER terms.

Fast forward to now - Christina has grown from 16k to over 28k followers on Instagram. She’s also 5x her email list, and grown from 400 email list subscribers to almost 2000. Talk about some impressive growth!!

Not only has Christina majorly added to her social media following and email list, but she’s also expanded her offerings to coaching and course creation.

In today’s episode, we’re chatting about how Christina 2x her Instagram following and 5x her email list in 6 months. As a therapist, Christina knew Instagram was the place she wanted to focus her growth efforts. She felt like it was a fun platform where she could get her voice out and reach more people who needed her expertise.

Christina also had a desire to create a course, specifically for those struggling with OCD. She was starting to reach capacity with her 1-1 clients, and yeah...burnout was starting to creep in.

Christina shares what her first course launch experience was like, compared to her second (spoiler - they were a night and day difference)! She utilized marketing tools like ManyChat on Instagram, which helped her get more people to her email list.

She also created a free webinar to help with her launch promotion. This webinar was waaay out of Christina’s comfort zone, but led to 500 sign-ups, and yep...more ‘ready-to-buy’ people on her email list!

One of the biggest lessons Christina has learned along the way is the power in showing up as an authentic human being (flaws and all). Making your story a part of your marketing is powerful - this can NEVER be replicated by someone else!

Christina has a strong desire to help more people, and get more information out about OCD with the ICBT framework. She recognized that she was approaching burnout, and she needed to change things up so she could stay in this field.

I’m sooo proud of the work Christina has done, and how she chooses to FULLY show up as herself. Get ready to be excited and inspired after hearing her story!!
