I’m honored to welcome Sarah Bolor to the podcast today!

Sarah Bolor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of SayIt Mental Health, a private practice supporting women across Nevada and Montana. She is also a mom of two living children and started SayIt Mental Health as a part-time side hustle while working toward her financial goals. She specializes in helping anxious and overwhelmed high-achieving women build boundaries and reconnect with themselves.

A small part of her practice is dedicated to supporting families navigating perinatal and infant loss. As a recovering people-pleaser and a perinatal-loss mom, her work is shaped by both professional training and lived experiences.

If you’ve ever wondered whether it’s really possible to grow a profitable private practice while still working a full-time job, Sarah’s story is going to inspire you BIG time!

In today’s episode, we’re talking about how Sarah 3x her income in 4 months.

Sarah started her private practice as a side hustle while working as a clinical director at an insurance-based group practice. Within just 4 months of joining PPA, she TRIPLED her income!

Sarah was originally charging $125/session and questioning whether private practice would work for her.

Now? She’s charging $175/session!

She’s consistently booking private pay clients and bringing in around $6k/month.

What’s super cool? She’s doing all of this while only working about 10-15 hours/week in her practice!

Sarah definitely held self-limiting beliefs around business ownership and was hesitant to show up consistently on Instagram.

But she committed to marketing herself online, even when it felt uncomfortable!

One of my favorite parts of Sarah’s story? How she created systems that actually fit her real life as a busy therapist AND mom.

She’s planning and working ahead with her content. She’s showing up imperfectly (which, honestly, so many of us need that reminder)!

This episode is such a good reminder that you do not need to have everything figured out before getting started.

You don’t need a huge audience. You don’t need to quit your full-time job overnight.

Sometimes, the biggest shift happens when you simply decide to go ALL IN on yourself. When you take small, intentional steps and stop letting fear get in the way, you truly can create massive momentum!!
