Ever wonder why some therapists consistently fill their caseload from Instagram, but others, well, don’t?

TBH, the answer isn’t a massive following or “lucky” viral Reel.

I’ve worked with thousands of therapists inside Private Practice Academy and the Reels Membership. I’ve noticed the same three patterns over and over again.

Honestly, they’re simpler than you might think!

In today’s episode, I’m diving into the 3 things every therapist who’s filled their caseload from Instagram has in common.

First? Consistency MATTERS.

The therapists who see the fastest growth keep showing up, way before they feel like they’ve “mastered” Instagram.

Every post is an opportunity to learn and improve your messaging. You can really discover what resonates with your audience.

The more reps you put in, the easier content creation becomes. As a result? More opportunities you give yourself to attract YOUR ideal clients!

Next comes clear messaging. You’ve probably heard the saying “If you’re trying to speak to everyone, you’re speaking to no one”.

Yep – it’s totally true!

The therapists who stand out aren’t trying to speak to everyone. They’re speaking directly to ONE specific audience. They’re using language that feels personal, emotional, and incredibly relatable.

And no, Instagram doesn’t require perfection. But it does reward authenticity, creativity, and a willingness to keep refining your message. That’s why putting effort into your marketing matters sooo much!!

You don’t need more followers or a “perfect” strategy. You need consistency, clear messaging, and the confidence to keep showing the hell up.

Do these 3 things over time, and I have no doubt you’ll fill your caseload from Instagram!

In this episode, The 3 Things Every Therapist Who’s Filled Their Caseload from Instagram has in Common, I cover:

    • Why follower count isn’t the key to filling your caseload
    • Staying consistent + how to set yourself up for success
    • Using clear, specific messaging that resonates
    • Examples of moving beyond generic content
    • Why putting intentional effort into your marketing is vital
